Jesus Montoya DOB: 8/8/57 an active warrant charging him with felony 1 Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.
On August 31, 2018, Judge Lyle Stubbs issued a warrant for the arrest of Jesus Montoya (DOB: 8/8/57) charging him with felony 1 Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.

The warrant is the result of an investigation conducted by Officer Dustin Napier this past week. Although Montoya is a citizen of the United States, it is believed he had fled to Mexico. Sgt. Travis Bryan and Officer Napier have been in contact with the federal and state authorities to obtain their help locating and extracting Montoya.
