Record Breaking Early Voter Turnout in Trinity

Nobody knows who benefited the most in today’s record-breaking turnout, but higher numbers of voters are being reported in early voting polls all over the nation. Those record-breaking numbers were also found here in Trinity. While we don’t have exact numbers, and none for Groveton or Apple Springs, we do know that there were more than 400 who came out to cast their votes at City Hall in Trinity. 

Regardless whether you vote Republican, Democrat, or something in between, it has been said that this is probably the most important mid-term election in our lifetime. You can’t make a difference by screaming at the TV screen, but you can if you get out and vote. Early voting will continue for two more weeks in Trinity and Groveton and for the rest of this week in Apple Springs. Polling times and places can be found below:
