Trinity County News is Coming Back

In April 2020, just as COVID was making itself known, and the government shut down schools and businesses, doctors diagnosed Trinity County News co-founder Michael Schuetz with stage four Carcinoma of the stomach. Over the next year and eight months, we fought his cancer until he passed away in December.

With the onset of the 2022 political season, the Trinity County News is coming back. We will be updating and working on the website for the next few weeks as we add interviews of the candidates running for office and start getting involved with the schools and businesses again.

We are looking for people who would like to get involved with us and be part of bringing real news and information back to our county. We need writers, people who would like to get involved with video, interviews, and some who want to earn a little extra income selling ads, and help with posting and website work. If you would like to be part of something that can make a difference in Trinity County contact us at editor@trinity-county.news.

Please be patient with us while we are under re-construction.
